CONSUMER RIGHTS – CANCELLATION – RETURN TERMS
GENERAL:
When you place an order electronically via the website you are using, you are deemed to have accepted the preliminary information form and the distance sales contract presented to you.
Buyers are subject to the provisions of the Consumer Protection Law No. 6502 and the Distance Contracts Regulation (Official Gazette: 27.11.2014/29188) regarding the sale and delivery of the purchased product, as well as other applicable laws in force.
Shipping costs for product delivery shall be borne by the buyers.
Each purchased product shall be delivered to the recipient or organization at the address specified by the buyer within a maximum period of 30 days. If the product is not delivered within this period, the buyer may terminate the contract.
The purchased product must be delivered in full and in accordance with the specifications stated in the order, along with any accompanying documents such as a warranty certificate and user manual, if applicable.
If the sale of the purchased product becomes impossible, the seller must inform the buyer in writing within 3 days from the moment they become aware of the situation. The total amount must be refunded to the buyer within 14 days.
IF THE PURCHASED PRODUCT PRICE IS NOT PAID:
If the buyer fails to pay for the purchased product or cancels the payment in the bank records, the seller is released from the obligation to deliver the product.
PURCHASES MADE WITH UNAUTHORIZED USE OF CREDIT CARD:
If, after delivery, it is determined that the buyer’s payment was made with a credit card fraudulently used by unauthorized persons and the product price is not paid to the seller by the relevant bank or financial institution, the buyer must return the product to the seller within 3 days, with shipping costs borne by the seller.
IF THE PRODUCT CANNOT BE DELIVERED ON TIME DUE TO UNFORESEEN REASONS:
If unforeseen force majeure events occur and the product cannot be delivered on time, the buyer will be informed. The buyer may request the cancellation of the order, replacement of the product with a similar one, or postponement of delivery until the obstacle is resolved.
If the buyer cancels the order and has made the payment in cash, the refund will be processed within 14 days. If the payment was made via credit card and the buyer cancels the order, the refund will be processed to the bank within 14 days; however, it may take 2-3 weeks for the bank to transfer the amount to the buyer’s account.
BUYER'S OBLIGATION TO INSPECT THE PRODUCT:
The buyer must inspect the goods/services before accepting delivery and must not accept damaged or defective goods/services with dents, breaks, torn packaging, etc., from the courier company. If the buyer accepts the goods/services, they are considered to be undamaged and in good condition. After delivery, the buyer must take care of the product properly. If the right of withdrawal is to be exercised, the goods/services must not be used. The invoice must also be returned with the product.
RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL:
The buyer may exercise the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 (fourteen) days from the date of delivery of the purchased product to them or the designated recipient, without any legal or penal liability and without providing any justification, by notifying the seller through the contact details below.

DURATION OF THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL:
If the purchased item is a service, the 14-day period starts from the date of contract signing. If the consumer consents to the provision of the service before the withdrawal period ends, the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised.
The costs arising from the exercise of the right of withdrawal shall be borne by the seller.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, a written notification must be sent to the seller via registered mail, fax, or email within the 14-day period, and the product must not have been used as per the provisions of the "Products for Which the Right of Withdrawal Cannot Be Exercised" section in this contract.
EXERCISING THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL:
The invoice for the product delivered to a third party or the buyer (If the invoice is issued to a company, it must be returned with the company's issued return invoice. Returns for corporate orders cannot be completed without a RETURN INVOICE.),

The returned product must be delivered complete and undamaged along with its box, packaging, and any standard accessories, if applicable.
RETURN CONDITIONS:
The seller must refund the total price and any obligations that place the buyer in debt within 10 days from the receipt of the withdrawal notification and must accept the return of the goods within 20 days.
If the value of the goods decreases due to the buyer's fault or if the return becomes impossible, the buyer is liable to compensate the seller for the damages in proportion to their fault. However, the buyer is not responsible for changes or deteriorations caused by proper use of the goods within the withdrawal period.
If the right of withdrawal is exercised and the total amount of a discount campaign falls below the required threshold, the discount amount used in the campaign will be canceled.
PRODUCTS FOR WHICH THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL CANNOT BE EXERCISED:
Products that are custom-made for the buyer’s personal preferences and needs, underwear bottom pieces, swimsuits and bikini bottoms, makeup products, single-use items, perishable goods, or products with an expiration date that may expire soon,
Products that, for health and hygiene reasons, cannot be returned once the packaging has been opened after delivery,
Products that are mixed with other products after delivery and cannot be separated due to their nature,
Newspapers and magazines, except those provided under a subscription contract,
Digital content delivered instantly,
Audio or video recordings, books, software programs, data storage devices, and computer consumables that have been opened by the buyer,
Services where the performance has begun with the consumer’s approval before the withdrawal period ends.
Cosmetic and personal care products, underwear, swimsuits, bikinis, books, software, DVDs, VCDs, CDs, and stationery items (such as toner, cartridges, ribbons) must be unopened, untested, undamaged, and unused to be returned.
DEFAULT AND LEGAL CONSEQUENCES:
If the buyer fails to make a payment by credit card, they acknowledge and agree to pay interest as per the credit card agreement with the issuing bank and to be liable to the bank. In such cases, the bank may take legal action, claim associated costs and attorney fees from the buyer, and, in all circumstances, if the buyer defaults on their debt, they shall compensate the seller for the losses incurred due to the delayed payment.
